1lb linguine
5 gloves garli chopped
1/4 stick butter
1/2 cup olive oil
parsley
salt
pepper red crushed pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pasta pot bring pasta water to a boil. Don't forget to add salt to water. Meanwhile in a smaller pot add butter, oil, garlic and a pinch of red crushed pepper. Sautéed over low heat until soft. Add a handful of fresh chopped parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper. Shut stove off. After linguine is cooked, and before draining pasta, save a cup of pasta water on the side. Drain the pasta add pasta back to pot. Add garlic and oil and saved pasta water. Toss together and enjoy with a glass of red wine.

This is my 3 kids favorite dish. Very easy. As an Italian we don't really measure. So add items to your families liking.
