1- box frozen lima beans, or 1- 15 oz can lima beans
3- 15 oz cans baked beans
2- 15 oz cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 lb. Italian Sausage, links
1/2 lb. smoked ham, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1- medium onion, chopped





Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen lima beans in small amount of water for 10 minutes. Drain, and gently mix with canned baked beans and kidney beans. (If using canned lima beans, add to the other beans) Place in crock pot.

In a skillet, simmer the sausage until cooked. Pan brown on all sides. Set sausage aside, cool and then cut into small chunks. In the same skillet, brown the onions and the ham.

Add sausage, ham and onions to the crock pot. Add seasonings, tomato sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar.

Heat on low for several hours, until warm and bubbling.

May also be baked in a 3 quart casserole dish for 1 hour in a 400º oven.
