Ingredients: Basmathi rice– 2 cup
Big onion– 2
Carrot-2
Green peas– 100 gm
Beans – 50 gm
Cauliflower- 100 gm
Green chilies – 2
Ginger & Garlic paste– 2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
Coriander and mint leaves-few
Cinnamon stick– 1
Cloves– 2
Cardamom – 2
Bay leaf-few
Oil-3 tbsp
Salt– as needed

Directions: |
Directions:Wash and chop all the vegetables included. Chop the onions. Grind the spices( cloves, cardamom cinnamon) and green chilies into a fine paste. Heat the cooker and add some oil. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, then add chopped onions. When onion color changes add ginger garlic paste, grinded paste and saute it. Then add all the vegetables and mix it. Add few salt into it. Add the basmathi rice and mix it. Then add water (ratio 1:2) into it. Check for salt. Add mint and coriander leaves. Close the lid when it starts to boil. Leave the cooker in medium flame. After 2 whistle switch off the stove. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve after 10 min. If you want to include paneer means fry and add the chopped paneer in a tbsp of oil and add at the end before serving. Leave it for 5 min to get soft paneer into the pulao..
