1 baked pie shell
3 - 4 grapefruit
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. liquid (juice and water)

Directions:
Directions:
Section and remove membrane from the grapefruit. Place in a colander to drain (save juice). Cook sugar, cornstarch and liquid until thick and clear. Add 3-4 drops red food coloring and chill. About 1/2 hour before serving, whip chilled glaze with a fork and gently fold in fruit. Put it in pie shell and top with whip cream. Garnish with strawberries.
