Boneless pork loin chops
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Bay leaf
1/2 c White wine
Pat of butter for each chop
Olive Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a dish place the pork loin chops in a single layer. Dust each with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to taste. Place a bay leaf in the bottom of the dish and pour the wine over the pork. Marinate overnight. Warm olive oil in a skillet, place chops in the pan and top with a pat of butter. Cook until browned and cooked through. Slice open a papo seco and dip the cut side of each half into the pan drippings. Place a pork chop on top.
