1 Pkg. Devil's Food Cake
3/4 c.Chocolate chips
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 ounce jar Butterscotch ice cream topping
1 8 ounce tub Cool Whip
2 Heath candy bars, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Make the cake according to package directions. Sprinkle on top, or fold, in chocolate chips. Bake in a 9" x 13" pan. Cool for 5 - 10 minutes. Poke many holes in the cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the entire cake letting it absorb. Next, pour the butterscotch topping over the cake.Refrigerate for several hours. Frost with the cool whip and candy pieces. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
