- Chuck Roast (or California Roast)
- Baby carrots
- Sliced or whole mushrooms
- Quartered onions
- Peeled and quartered potatoes
- 2 Cans of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat inside of large baking dish or dutch oven with olive oil
2. Place all above ingredients into dish/dutch oven (group vegetables around, but not on top of, the roast)
3. Mix each can of mushroom soup with ½ can of water and spread it evenly over all
ingredients (including the roast).
4. Cover and Bake as follows:
- 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 375 degrees for 30 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350 for 2-3 hours until veggies are slightly browned and roast can
be cut with a fork.
5. Serve with a green vegetable such as sweet peas or green beans.
