2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
15 oz. can pumpkin puree
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T. prepared mustard
1 T. chili powder
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef. Saute onion and garlic with the beef. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Allow to simmer, uncovered for 10 min.

Serve on warm buns. Add a slice of mozzarella or American cheese if desired.

This feeds a lot of hungry kids.
