~Whole chicken cut-up (or legs & thighs-that's easiest)
~McCormick's Season All
~Lemon Pepper Seasoning
~Onion Salt
~Sauteed Onion Powder
~Garlic Powder

Season chicken with all spices except garlic & refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350º. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder & bake about 1 hour.

For healthier chicken, bake on a rack.

I've never used two kinds of onion powder! You can vary the spices to your taste. I also marinate the chicken with garlic powder-I don't wait until just before baking.

I usually use Salt, Lemon Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika. Get creative!

I also try to marinate for 24 hours...(the longer, the better)
