Bread pudding:
3½ cup skim milk
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup egg substitute or 3 eggs beaten
½ cup raisins
2 tbs. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. melted butter
5½ to 6 cups of french bread cut into bit size peices
2 tbs. Butter melted
Cooking spray

Whiskey sauce:
¼ cup sugar
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup bourbon
2 tbs butter
⅛ tsp. cinnamon
⅔ cup water
2½ tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Add bread cubes and toss gently. Let stand for 1 hour (I refrigerate). Add butter and toss gently. Spoon mixture into 13 x 9 sprayed pan. Bake @ 350º for 45 min or until pudding is set (will look undone, needs to set up for 15-20 min)

Whiskey sauce: combine first 4 and cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Combine water, cornstarch and cinnamon then add to mixture. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 1 minute. Serve over pudding!
