Directions: |
Directions:Place 2 large ice cream scoops of cookie dough on cast iron skillet and mash down until it is about 3/4 inch from sides.
Bake in oven at 350º for about 8-10 minutes. Just until the edges are a light brown and slightly crispy, and middle is very soft and gooey.
Remove from oven and immediately slap on a good scoop of ice cream and serve. (Don't forget to serve on place mats as this is a very hot skillet) |

Notes: I kept hearing my kids talk about Pazooki that was served at a favorite restaurant we liked in Flagstaff. I had No idea what the heck they were talking about. Went together with them one time and had my first. I was hooked forever!! OMG, amazing!!
The hardest part to me making this recipe at home was finding the small single serving size cast iron skillets. I searched like crazy....took quite awhile...(talking months), then found them!! On Clearance at Kitchen Store that was going out of business.
Surprised the kids one night and made them for desert. Oh....and guess what everyone got for Christmas that year?? Yep....there very own cast iron skillets.
