5-6 medium red potatoes
1 T. fresh minced dill
Zest of 1/2 large lemon
3/4 cup shaved Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsps. Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup sour cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salted, boiling water until just done. Cool completely before cutting into 1/2" cubes. Put in large mixing boil. Add Parmesan Cheese, green onions, lemon zest, dill, salt and pepper. Stir gently to mix.
In separate bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard and sour cream till smooth. Add this mixture to potatoes and mix gently.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
