30 caramels
3 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cp. chopped pecans (large pieces)
12 oz. white almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Melt caramels with butter and cream in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and heat 30 seconds more until smooth. Mix nuts into caramel and stir until cooled. Drop spoonfuls onto paper and refrigerate for an hour. Place bark in bowl and microwave for 30 second increments, stirring until melted and smooth. Either spoon white chocolate over caramel clusters or dip caramel cluster into white chocolate and remove with fork, placing back on paper to harden. This makes 2 dozen pieces of candy.
