Ingredients:  
1 stalk celery, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp butter
¾ cup salted water
1 10 oz package chopped broccoli
4 oz velvetta
½ can cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup Min. Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in 1 tbsp butter
Cook broccoli in salted water until tender
Into water and broccoli, stir in velvetta, soup, rice, celery & onion
Place in greased casserole
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes, uncovered

Main dish: Add 1-2 cups chopped chicken and top with onion rings
