2 cps. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. creole seasoning
6 eggs
2/3 cp. vegetable oil
1 yellow onion, finely diced
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can corn, drained
2 lb. crawfish tail meat, finely chopped
1 small can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. grease 9x13 baking dish. Stir first 4 dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl and beat in eggs and oil. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into greased dish and bake 45-50 min., until firm and golden. Let cool a few min. before cutting.
