2 10 oz packages frozen sliced strawberries
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1¼ cup oil
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients
Pour in strawberries, well beaten eggs and oil
Mix together and pour into 2 greased loaf pans
Bake at 350º for 1 hour

To make muffins prepare the same way and bake at 350º for 30 minutes
