4 regular sized rolls of Bob Evans original recipe sausage
Flour
Whole Milk
Salt
Pepper
Biscuits Grands buttermilk Jumbo

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large pot
Leave grease in and add about 4 table spoons of flour and mix - keep on med heat
Add enough flour to coat the sausage
Add about 2 cups of milk (enough to cover the sausage)
Add salt and pepper to taste - more pepper than salt
turn heat on low and mix occasionally
Add flour/milk until you get the consistency you want . if you add more flour/milk you'll need to add more pepper

Bake biscuits accordingly
once biscuits are baked open and add gravy mixture
