1 dozen eggs
3 cups milk+1 cup
6 green onions, sliced
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
12-oz. Canadian Bacon, cut into ½ inch cubes
6 English muffins, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
½ tsp. Paprika
1(.9 oz.) pkg. Knorr Hollandaise Sauce Mix
¼ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, green onions, onion powder, and salt together until well mixed. Set aside.
3. Lay half the bacon in bottom of pan, top with cheese and spread muffins evenly over top. Top with remaining bacon.
4. Pour egg mixture over top, using your hands press down on the top until egg mixture is evenly spread into muffins. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
5. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Preheat oven to 350̊. Remover plastic wrap.
6. Sprinkle casserole with paprika; cover with foil.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are nearly set. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes until eggs are completely set and until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Remove from oven and make the sauce according to package directions.
Drizzle sauce over top of casserole and serve. Serves 12.
