1 CAN ROTEL
1 VELVEETA (SMALL PKG)
6-8 POTATOES, PEELED & SLICED
1 STICK MARGARINE
SALT
PEPPER
Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, chunks of margarine, salt & pepper to taste. Mix Rotel & Velveeta together in sauce pan, heat until melted. Pour over potatoes.

Bake @ 350º for 1½ hours.
