1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter, softened
½ cup shortening
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
2 cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 package (12 oz) miniature semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 package (8 oz) almond brickle chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350º. Mix brown sugar, margarine, shortening, honey and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and brickle. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 min. or until cookies are golden brown. Cool 3-4 minutes on the cookie sheet before removing to cooling rack.
