1 lb. ground lamb
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 egg
1 cup cooked quinoa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Form balls to your desired size- small for appetizers, larger for main dish.

Fry or bake until cooked through

Serve with tzaziki, sliced cucumbers, and sliced tomatoes. If making a Gyro- use pita bread.
