4 baking potatoes

8-oz sour cream

6-oz Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup crisp fried chopped bacon (optional)

pinch of garlic powder

salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until done; cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato with a spoon and place in a bowl. Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese, bacon, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly with a mixer and put back into potato shells. Bake for 10 minutes in 400 degree oven. Take out and sprinkle top with shredded cheddar. Return to oven until cheese begins to melt.
