Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp (21-25 per pound size)
3 - 4 Anduille sausages
4 medium red potatoes or assorted baby potatoes
2 - 3 ears of corn, cut into 4 to 5 rounds each
minced garlic, to taste
1 lemon
old bay
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel shrimp and put in a bowl with old bay. Refrigerate while assembling the rest of the ingredients.
Pre-cook the sausages and cut into half inch rounds.
Cut the corn into 4 or 5 rounds.
Cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces. I put these in a bowl and microwave for a few minutes to give them a head start. Otherwise, I have found they are a bit crunchy in the finished product.

Prepare 4 pieces of heavy-duty foil.
Place sausages, potatoes, minced garlic, corn and seasoned shrimp onto each sheet of foil.
Top with a pat of butter and a slice of lemon.
Fold up and seal tightly.
Cook on the grill for about 20 minutes until shrimp is cooked, turning several times.

Personal Notes:
The nice part about this (other than they are delicious) is that you can do up these packets ahead of time and not be putting stuff together when you have guests.

An alternative is to put these all in a covered baking dish/roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 - 45 minutes. Great for a crowd and less labor-intensive. Although, you can expect the shrimp will go first!
