1 lb. ground beef
1 cp. crushed saltine crackers
1/2 cp. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix beef cracker crumbs, milk and seasonings together. Form into patties and dip into flour to coat. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large iron skillet. Place patties in skillet to brown on both sides. Mix soup and milk together, pour into skillet, salt and pepper and cover with foil. Place in oven and bake for 30-40 min.
