1 lb cooked elbow pasta
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can milk
1 stick butter
5 c mixed cheeses (mixture must include at least 1 c of Swiss cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions

Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Add pasta and stick of butter cut into pieces. Stir til mostly melted. Add a generous sprinkling salt and pepper to taste and stir. (I think it needs a good amount of salt!) In a separate bowl, mix the soup and milk. Add the cheese and stir til blended. Add mixture to cooked pasta and stir well. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes.
