1 1/2 lb cubed pork
1/2 pint dry white wine
2 tsp paprika
1 bay leaf
2 whole cloves garlic
5 crushed cloves garlic
2 oz butter
2 sliced onions
2 lbs clams
4 Tbl chopped coriander
2 Tbl chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pork, wine, paprika, bay leaves, garlic cloves and 3 crushed garlic cloves. Marinate overnight. Melt 1 oz butter, add onion and 2 cloves crushed garlic in deep skillet. Cook until the onion is soft. Wash clams and add to pot, cover on high for 5 minutes (or until the clams have opened). In separate pan brown the pork in 1 oz butter, then add reserved marinade. Cook until most of the liquid is gone. Combine the clams and pork. Sprinkle with coriander and parsley.
