Ingredients: 4½ cups sugar
2 - (11½ oz), pkgs Hershey morsels
2 cups pecans or walnuts (if desired) 1 cup if only adding nuts to half the batch)
1 (8oz) can evaporated milk
3 large Hershey bars
1 pint jar marshmallow cream
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions: In a large mixing bowl, Chop Hershey bars into pieces, add morsels, marshmallow's and nuts.
Mix in large sauce pan, milk, butter, sugar and bring to a boiling point over low flame.
When mixture starts to boil, start counting time and boil for for 5 minutes, stirring CONSTANTLY while it is boiling.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour Hot mixture over ingredients in mixing bowl.
Stir until chocolate pieces are melted and mixture begins to thicken.
Pour evenly into 2 buttered 8 x 8 baking pans.
Put in refrigerator and cut when cooled. |

Notes: This is an amazing fudge recipe given to me by Altheda Walker-Whitley. Whenever I would think of Fudge I imagined it being very time consuming, but this is easy and PERFECT. This was always a must have and a real crowd pleaser at Christmas time.
Since you are using 2 separate pans, I would always first pour the fudge in one pan before adding any nuts, then mix the nuts into the bowl before pouring remaining into second pan. Because "Some People feel like a Nut, and some people Don't"
