1/4 C. Milk
4 T. Butter
3 1/2 C. Powder Sugar (give or take)
Flavoring Mint, Orange, or what you like

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk just below scalding, add butter until it melts. Add sugar and flavor gradually.

By the time all sugar is added it should be like dough.

Knead on board lightly sprinkled with sugar and knead until it is not stickey.

Place in refrigerator.
