Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Cake:
1 box Devils food cake mix
1 (3 oz) box instant chocolate pudding
5 eggs
1 cup melted butter
1 tsp almond extract
2 cup chocolate chips
2 cup sour cream

Mix together and pour in bundt pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350º.

Directions:
Directions:
Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Combine whipping cream and chocolate chips in small bowl; microwave 1 minute and stir. Microwave and stir until melted. Add vanilla, mix well. Pour over cake. Serve with fresh whipped cream and berries.

Tip: Ganache hardens as it sits on cake. Sometimes I warm it and spoon it on the cake as it’s served (like hot fudge). It’s also great on ice cream as hot fudge.
