2 eggs
1½ cups sugar
1 lb. 1 oz. can fruit cocktail (do not drain)
2¼ cups flour
1½ tsp. soda
½ tsp.salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1⅓ cup flaked coconut
½ cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour bottom of a 15" X 10" X 1" jelly roll pan. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add fruit, flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Spread in pan, sprinkle with coconut and pecans.

Bake at 350 º F. for 25 minutes. While hot drizzle with glaze.

Glaze

¾ cup sugar
½ cup butter
½ tsp. vanilla
½ cup chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes stirring. Remove from heat and stir in pecans, cool and use as glaze
