1 egg
2 Tbs. Cornstarch
1 cup milk
2 teas. seasoned salt
½ teas. hot sauce
½ teas. pepper
1 cup flour

Green tomatoes slices thin

Remoulade sauce

1 c mayonnaise
½ tea. paprika
2 Tbs. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup prepared horseradish
¼ tea. black pepper
Mix together and chill

Whip egg, milk and hot sauce together. In a separate dish mix flour, cornstarch, seasoned salt and pepper

Put tomatoes in flour mixture, then egg wash, then flour mixture.

deep fry 350º for 3 minutes.
