1 28 oz. box yellow cake mix
1 16 oz. can sliced pineapple
Maraschino cherries

Glaze
1 cup pineapple juice
¼ cup butter
½ cup light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and reserve liquid. Prepare cake mix according to directions except use any leftover pineapple juice to add to the water called for by recipe.

Glaze:

In sauce pan over medium heat combine 1 cup pineapple juice, butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Layer bottom of 9x13 baking pan with pineapple slices and cherries. Pour glaze over. Pour batter evenly over fruit. Bake 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min. then invert cake over plate.
