Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe

1 cup white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, broth, salt and ground cumin in large saucepan or skillet. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Cover, reduce heat to medium/low and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.

Remove from heat, but keep lid on and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove lid and add in lime juice, zest, and chopped cilantro. Fluff with fork and serve warm!


Note: If you'd like to use instant rice that's fine. Just cook instant rice... 2 cup rice with 2 cups broth. Then add in juice, zest, and cilantro.
