1 c. Oranges Segments
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 c. Low-fat Milk
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Onion Minced




To Thickness Desired:
1 tbsp. Corn Starch (+,-)
1 tbsp. Sugar Add to taste
Orange Food Color Added to Desired Color

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients; holding back on corn starch, 1 tbsp. sugar and color.

After combining mixture pour thought strainer into small sauce pan and bring to boil.

Boil for 3 minutes; thicken to desire thickness with corn starch.

Remove from heat.

Finish to taste with sugar; add food color as needed to desired color.
