2 Large Cucumbers, peeled and sliced paper thin

1/2 C. Vinegar
1/4 C. Water
1 - 3 Tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cucumbers in salted ice water. Chill overnight and then drain.

Mix vinegar mixture well and combine with cucumbers to serve.

As an option you can add 1 Onion thinly sliced to cucumbers right before serving.

Another option is let vingeared cucumbers marinate ovrnight and then drain and add 1/2 cup sour cream.
