1 cup butter
½ cup confectioners sugar
2 ¼ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup chopped pecans
Additional confectioners sugar for rolling
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, confectioners sugar, salt and vanilla
Add flour
Gradually mix in chopped pecans
Roll into 1 inch balls
Bake @ 350º for 10 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown

After taking from oven, roll in confectioners sugar. Allow to cool slightly and reroll in confectioners sugar
