1tbsp. fresh Lemon juice
1 ½ freshly grated ginger
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
hot sauce for taste (optional)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Pam spray

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, ginger, pepper, and garlic. Add hot sauce (optional). Place the chicken breast in a bowl. Pour ginger mixture over the beast to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Heat a large skillet, sprayed with Pam, over medium-high heat. Add chicken, turn once, cook until tender. Approx 7-8 minutes.
