2 pounds confectioners sugar
2 sticks softened butter
2 tsp clear vanilla
½ cup milk to start

Directions:

*Enough for a double batch of cookies
Beat together butter and milk
Add vanilla
Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar
Add milk 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency
