1 clove garlic (halved)
½ tsp salt
juice of ½ lemon
2 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 egg yolk
½ c oil
¼ c parmesan cheese
romaine lettuce
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Rub ½ clove of garlic on the inside of a wooden salad bowl. Mix the dressing in this bowl.
Dice the other half of the garlic and add to the bowl. With a fork, mash garlic and salt together.
Add the following ingredients and whisk after each is added: lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, worchestershire, egg yolk, oil.

Transfer dressing into another bowl. Do not wash the wooden bowl. Break the lettuce into the bowl just prior to serving. Add just enough dressing to wet the leaves and toss. Add the parmasean cheese and croutons. Toss and serve
