2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp oil
1 c grated zucchini
1 ½ C. flour
¾ tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs with liquids. Add zucchini then dry ingredients. Spoon batter into lightly greased griddle at medium heat.
