1 small pack orange Jell-O
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 lb. of cream cheese
1 grated carrot
Directions:
Directions:
In a small container, mix the hot water with the Jell-O.
Add cream cheese and mix until melted.
Add cold water, then add grated carrot.
Pour into ice cube container, and refrigerate for half an hour.
(Also you can leave in a 6" square dish.)

Then place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Serve as a dessert with whipped cream on top.
Serve as a dessert or as ice cubes in a drink after a few more hours.
