2 cans of boneless salmon
Enough salt to taste
1 tsp. coriander
1/2 congo pepper (very hot)
3 medium potatoes / about a 1/2 lb. boiled and mashed
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup green onions
2 grains of garlic, mashed
1 tbsp. garam masala
1 tbsp. cilantro
Dash of grated nutmeg
(Enough oil for frying)

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil.
Mix for a few minutes.
Make round balls and flatten about a half an inch thick, and about 2 inches round and set aside.
Sprinkle with dry flour on both sides.
Heat oil in a flat frying pan on high.
Slowly place cakes in the fry pan, flip to cook on both sides for a crispy taste.
Cook until golden brown.
Serve with peas and sour cream and hot mustard or chutney.
