1 package of chocolate cake mix
1 + 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup raisins
Grated nutmeg
Dust of allspice
2 eggs
1 teaspoon West Indian essence

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, then add water, eggs, essence & cooking oil.
Mix thoroughly for a few minutes.
Place in a 9" round baking tin.
Bake for about 35-45 minutes.
Cake should be done if the edges are separating the baking pan.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Cut and serve.
