1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook any crockpot meat (pork or beef) until tender in crockpot. Discard juice/fat and shred. Place shredded meat back into crockpot.

In sauce pan, combine glaze incredients and cook over medium/medium high heat til thickened. If needed, add a little more cornstarch. Once thick, pour over shredded meat in crockpot and cook on high for 30 minutes to an hour. This is very good!
