2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. diced onion
2 cups sour cream
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, except the cornflakes and 1/4 c. butter. Place it in a greased 9" x 13" glass baking dish. Mix flakes and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.

I cover this for the first 25 - 30 minutes. I take the foil off so it can get a nice crunchy crust.
