1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Butter a 9" square dish. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave, or over low heat, stirring often. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix until blended and thick. Add chocolate mixture and flour. Stir until just incorporated. Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Microwave jam for a few seconds then pour in ribbons over top of chocolate. Run a knife through the ribbons in a criss-cross design until marbled. Cool completely. Cut into bars with sharp knife and serve.
