1 can pineapple tidbits in juice

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse meat off and place in crock pot.

Generously salt and pepper then pour can of pineapple tidbits with juice over meat

Cook on high (or low!) all day or until tender

Take out cooked meat and shred, keeping as much of the pineapple as possible. Throw away as much fat as you can! Put shredded meat/pineapple back in crockpot on high.

In a small saucepan, comebine glaze ingredients and cook until thickened. If not thickening good, add a little more cornstarch. Once thick, pour over roast and cook additional hour or so.

Can be served in tortillas, on a bun, or just plain. Very good!
