1 cooked chicken (best gotten from a BBQ restaurant where they will chop it for you)
1/3 cup pic de gallo mix (homemade or store bought)
[can substitute hatch or poblano pesto]
Corn Tortillas
Shredded cheese - Mexican style
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Combine chopped chicken with pico or pesto mix. Soften corn tortillas and fill with meat mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Put rolled tortillas into pan and cover with sauce. Cover sauce with shredded cheese. Bake 25 minutes.

Sauce:
Combine soup, milk and sour cream.
