2 pounds baby potatoes, halved and quartered if large
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic
8 slices bacon, cooked
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon paprika
Salt and pepper
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the inside of slow cooker with cooking spray (or coat with butter). Add 1/2 of the potatoes, 1 1/4 cups cheese, 1/2 pf the garlic, 1/3 of the cooked bacon, 1/2 of the green onions, and 1/2 of the paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat.

Cover, and cook on high until potatoes are tender, 5 to 6 hours. About 20 to 30 minutes before serving, top with remaining cheese and bacon. Garnish with green onions, drizzle with sour cream, and serve.
