2 lbs Chuck Steak or cube steak

1 small onion

water

flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steak with flour.
Put oil in frying pan and brown meat on both sides cover meat with water.
Then cover with onions and simmer on stove until tender about 1 to 1-1/2 hrs.
Makes its own gravy. (Can serve with mashed potatoes and cream corn.)
